SD-WAN Services Lead – Projects & Support

AppEx Networks Pte. Ltd. is looking for a professional in Kuala Lumpur to provide support on SD-WAN product debugging and troubleshooting while leading a strong customer service team. The candidate will also complete SD-WAN project deliveries and address urgent business requests.

Required qualifications include a solid understanding of network device debugging, TCP/IP protocol knowledge, and at least 2-3 years of project management experience. Proficiency in spoken Chinese and English is essential for this role.
