• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and high quality food standards.
• Lead and develop staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Control costs, manage inventory, and maintain profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel SOPs.
• Develop and execute marketing plans for the outlet, including menu mix discussions and selling programs.
• Conduct food, cocktails, and wine tastings for staff to enhance hospitality knowledge.
• Engage guests, create personalized experiences, and maintain records of regular patrons.
