Short Summary
Offer exceptional service and create a positive guest experience for those dining in 360 Restaurant. This position is responsible for professionally serving food and ice water to dining guests at the table. Work with the 360 Captains to make guests feel welcome and comfortable, while always performing under the Food and Beverage Standard Operating Procedures.
Job Description
Ensure assigned section is ready for service and assigned side duties are complete prior to service
Communicating with assigned Captain all guests concerns and handling guest concerns to the satisfaction of the guests.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of menus, products, cooking process, ingredients and potential relevant allergies
Follow up with management prior to shift regarding special functions or events for the day
Participate in departmental skills training as required
