Seasonal Multi-day Hike Guide – Milford & Routeburn

Ultimate Hikes is hiring Guides for their multi-day hikes on New Zealand's Milford and Routeburn Tracks. This seasonal role combines incredible outdoor experiences with the responsibilities of ensuring guest safety and enjoyment, as well as assisting with lodge operations. Ideal candidates must possess a passion for hiking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Positions start mid-October 2026 and last until April 2027. The work begins and ends in Queenstown, with periods on track ranging from 3 to 9 days.
