Job Description

We’re seeking a Seasonal Sous Chef to join us at the Balkan Restaurant! Fresh Mediterranean in the heart of Banff. From fresh pita wraps to mouthwatering souvlaki & plenty of vegetarian options, prepare your taste buds for fun & flavourful Mediterranean dishes paired perfectly with vibrant cocktails and fruity spirit-free drinks. Join us weekly for Greek Night with belly dancing, plate smashing and traditional dancing! OPA! 
This is a seasonal position ending on October 25, 2026. If you are interested in staying onboard, there is a possibility for an extension!
