Seasonal Steward, Full-Time (June - October 2026) (Vancouver)

Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Steward, the role includes the following essential job functions:

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer qualified, engaging, and friendly service.
• Wash, store, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand in various kitchens.
• Sort all china, glass, and silverware and put away in their respective locations.
• Clean, sanitize, and polish all silver and banquet equipment.
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, outlets, and banquet facilities daily to maintain the highest level of hygiene and sanitation.
• Ensure all opening or closing duties are completed as assigned.
• Work shifts as business levels dictate (Day, Evening, Weekends).
• Demonstrate multi‑tasking and maintain pace in a high‑productivity work environment.
• Ensure garbage and recycling removal is completed timely and in accordance with hotel rules.
