Cost Engineering Expert – Seats (Complete Seat & Components)

We are looking for a Cost Engineering Expert specialized in complete seat systems and seat components to lead cost analysis, estimation, and optimization activities across multiple automotive programs.

This role requires a deep understanding of seat design, manufacturing processes, and cost structures , as well as the ability to manage complex cost models and collaborate within global cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead detailed cost models for complete seat systems, including structures, foam, trim, mechanisms, and electronics.
• Estimate variable and tooling costs for automotive seat components across different program phases.
• Perform should-cost analysis , supplier cost breakdowns, and benchmarking activities.
