Job Description
Experience: Minimum 5 years sea going experience and 2 years rank experience as 2nd Engineer with DP Cable laying or Heavy Lift pipeline experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day engine room operation, Assisting the Chief Engineer in all day-to-day running of vessel/tug movements/activities/operations in accordance with NMDC regulations, policies and operating procedures
- Ensure the maintenance of all the engine room and deck machinery for smooth running of operations
- Responsible to make sure all the machineries and safety systems are working safely, efficiently and within the provided parameters
- Take ownership of own objectives agreed upon and of the objectives of the division
