Job Title: Secondary/Assembly Operator – Night Shift
Location: Dexter, Mi
Pay: $16.00/hr + $1.25 Shift Premium = $17.25/hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Fridays may be added as overtime if production increases)
Training: 2 weeks on day shift before transferring to nights
About the Role
We’re looking for a flexible, detail-oriented Secondary/Assembly Operator to join our night shift team. This is a smaller crew that mainly works in Assembly and Secondary Operations, handling tasks such as burring parts and occasionally running a drilling machine when needed.
