Job Description
Ensures timely, quality, compliant development and delivery of contract deliverables.
Tracks & optimizes contract performance compliance, scorecards, and PMO processes.
Drives risk/issue/action registers, prepares read-aheads, and orchestrates governance cadences (TEMs, ERB/CCB/TRR) including agenda planning and decision capture.
Owns intake, validation, routing, and tracking of TARs (Travel Authorization Requests) and RIP/CTP (Request to Initiate Purchase / Consent to Purchase).
Consolidates inputs from all sections into PM/DPM briefings, variance narratives, and KPI rollups.
Coordinates delivery schedules and acceptance packages and tracks closure of PMO taskers.
Builds/maintains the IMS at the direction of the PM/DPM.
Backs up/assists travel coordinator if needed.
Coordinates with the other PMO staff to ensure on-time, correct, compliant submissions to Government.
Other duties as required.
