Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead a small Agile team supporting the Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI) for the U.S. Space Force Space Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM). This role supports the creation of live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) training environments that enable Guardians to test, train, and develop tactics in operationally relevant scenarios. The Senior Software Engineer will provide hands-on technical leadership while guiding architectural and technology decisions across complex, distributed training environments. Acting as a Product Owner, the candidate will collaborate with government stakeholders, integrators, and vendors to translate mission requirements into prioritized user stories and a clear product roadmap.
