Section Head - Continuous Development & Consultancy

The Section Head, Continuous Development and Consultancy exist to build and sustain the professional capability of Great Eastern Life's financial representative force — ensuring financial representatives meet regulatory CPD requirements while developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to serve clients and grow their practice. The role contributes directly to the organisation's salesforce performance and its reputation as a centre of excellence for adviser development within the Singapore financial services industry.

• Lead the design and delivery of multi-tier training programmes for financial representatives, mapped to the IBF Skills Framework – building capabilities across product knowledge, sales skills and digital literacy
• Design and deliver core regulatory and supplementary courses, ensuring all financial representatives fulfil their mandatory yearly CPD requirements
