Responsibilities

Responsible for the development and execution of corporate events of the Bank - product launches, signing MoUs / agreements, awards ceremonies, thought leadership programmes, outdoor events & more.

Work with various stakeholders & business partners within Agrobank on delivering successful events. Also provide support for events/initiatives organised by important stakeholders such as MOA, MOF, Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) and other government agencies.

Also responsible to manage and engage with important stakeholders such as YB Minister's office & YB Deputy Minister's office, MOA, MOF, Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), other ministries and government agencies.

Manage budget for events & cascade to respective Project Managers.

Lead the development and execution of events / programmes & engagement strategies and manage full life cycle of event from venue selection to appointment of Project Manager & team to budget reconciliation.
