Job Description
About the Role : The Section Manager – Non-Food is responsible for managing the non-food merchandise section in the retail store. This includes overseeing product assortment, ensuring stock availability, supervising staff, and driving sales and profitability while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance with company policies.
Operations Management
- Supervise daily operations of the non-food section (e.g., household items, personal care, cleaning products, general merchandise).
