Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on securitisation transactions, including structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex deals.
- Draft, negotiate, and review transaction documentation such as offering memoranda, security agreements, trust deeds, and ancillary documents.
- Conduct legal analysis and due diligence to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with securitisation structures.
- Manage domestic and cross-border transactions and coordinate with external counsel and other stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal teams and institutional clients to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed on regulatory developments and market trends impacting securitisation and provide guidance accordingly.
