We are seeking a skilled Security and Emergency Telecommunications Operator to join our state-of-the-art security control center in Oakville, Canada. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing emergency communications, coordinating security responses, and ensuring the safety of our healthcare facility through efficient dispatch operations.
- Operate advanced radio, telephone, and telecommunications equipment to receive and relay critical information
- Prioritize and dispatch emergency and non-emergency service calls to security personnel
- Coordinate with Security Team Leaders and emergency response teams during critical situations
- Maintain accurate logs and records in the dispatch and mobile records management system
- Provide clear instructions and information to healthcare staff, municipal emergency services, and other agencies
- Monitor and operate facility security and life safety systems
