Security Engineering Director

Position Overview

The Manila Security Engineering Lead is the domain leader accountable for the Security Engineering pillar within the Manila Cyber Delivery Centre. The role exists to build an engineering capability that can consistently implement and operationalise security controls and platforms at enterprise scale, aligned to global cyber engineering standards.

This is a technical leadership role with explicit accountability for:

• delivery quality
• standardised engineering patterns
• engineering maturity

You will lead managers and senior engineers across multiple engineering sub-domains and ensure solutions are resilient, maintainable, and ready for operations.
