Drive leadership for security, safety, and risk management across YWCA Headquarter (Outram) and YWCA Fort Canning, safeguarding guests, staff, residents, volunteers, partners, assets, and operations. • Own the site security and risk management framework, ensuring policies, procedures, and controls are aligned with organisational priorities, operational realities, and YWCA’s mission and values
• Conduct regular risk assessments across guest, staff, community, and asset touchpoints, and implement practical mitigation plans with clear accountability
