Receive/provide Lost and Found: Accepts and completes chain of custody
for all found lost and found items delivered to the lost and found hub by the
lost and found representatives.

Customer service: Receives all comments, concerns, and questions from
site staff utilizing the online communication tools; email, Facebook
messenger, and the Facebook group page. Provides answers and insight to
any inquiries in a timely manner.

Donation/disposal: Coordinates with outside donation organizations and
Menlo Park Police department to successfully donate items or transfer
