Job Description

The Security Officer inspects, monitors, controls, and patrols work sites, an assigned facility, and/or people, and may be expected to collect and complete paperwork. Maintains security at all hospital outlets. May conduct safety inspections. The position relies on guidelines and some experience and judgment to complete job and works under general supervision.

  • Customer Service: This will have been satisfactorily performed when...Persons/property are escorted to desired destination, when monies, documents or safety of person or property are of concern.Any person on grounds or building needing directions or information are assisted as evidenced by no more than 3 complaints per year.Security in-services either within the department or security's internal customers as requested are conducted according to set guidelines.
