Security Supervisor

Responsibilities: 

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes: 

• Lead, support, and develop a team of Security Officers 
• Manage rotas, ensuring full cover for absence and holidays 
• Monitor performance, conduct 1-1s, and maintain high standards 
• Oversee incident reporting and ensure compliance with procedures 
• Maintain site documentation, training, and assignment instructions 
• Act as first point of contact for operational issues and escalations 
• Ensure effective use of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms)
