Job Description: Lead, coach, and support security officers during assigned shifts Conduct regular patrols and monitor all areas for safety and security risks Coordinate incident response, report writing, and escalation as needed Maintain positive relationships with mall tenants, guests, and law enforcement Ensure compliance with site policies, procedures, and applicable legislation Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management of team members Provide detailed shift reports and updates to management Valid Security License for the province of Ontario Valid First Aid & CPR Level C from a WSIB approved provider Must be willing and able to stand, walk, and patrol by foot and vehicle for extended periods (8-12 hours) Must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism Must have at least 1 year of prior security experience Experience in physical / mal...
