Seeking after-school childcare assistance for two kids

Hi there! I’m looking for a reliable caregiver to help with our two children after school. The duties include supervising play, helping with homework, preparing a light snack, and getting both kids settled until I’m home from work. We live in an apartment near the city center, with a friendly family vibe. Ideal candidate would be punctual, enthusiastic, and comfortable with a roughly 2–3 hours daily on weekdays. Experience with children aged 5 and 8 is preferred, and references would be great. A bit of flexibility on occasional earlier starts or later pick-ups would be appreciated.
