Key responsibilities:

• In conjunction with the Supervisor, manage all aspects of production in the Packing Department, using dedicated resources such as key people, equipment and materials to meet or exceed the production plan as efficiently as possible, with minimal wastage of resources
• Support the Supervisor by supervising and training staff
• Be actively involved in the development of staff to create a cohesive and highly skilled team through effective training, mentoring, coaching and communication
• Take responsibility for yours and the team's safety and ensure that all products adhere to required quality standards
