Seeking occasional babysitting for playful 4-year-old

We are a busy family looking for a reliable babysitter for occasional after-school and weekend care. Our 4-year-old daughter enjoys crafts, reading storybooks, and outdoor play. We need someone who can supervise, ensure meals and bedtime routines are followed, and provide a safe, engaging environment.
