Milk Education are recruiting on behalf of a specialist SEMH school in Bradford for a dedicated and resilient Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive environment where every day brings the chance to positively impact pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
The Role
You will support pupils with a range of SEMH needs, helping them to regulate emotions, engage with learning and develop positive relationships. Working closely with teachers, pastoral teams and external professionals, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment.
