Overview
SEMH Teaching Assistant – Flexible short-term and long-term opportunities available immediately.

You will be supporting pupils in Enfield and the surrounding areas, helping them develop emotional regulation, confidence, and positive learning behaviours.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs
- Assist teachers in delivering adapted and engaging learning activities
- Help implement personalised behaviour support plans and emotional regulation strategies
- Promote positive communication, resilience, and constructive relationships
