Semiconductor Equipment Technician (Shift Allowance + OT)

Working hours: 12-hour rotating shift (work day pattern to be advised again)

Work Location: Tampines or Woodlands

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repair works on semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to reduce equipment downtime and improve operational reliability.
• Support and lead maintenance-related projects, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and smooth implementation.
• Evaluate equipment performance and recommend technical improvements or upgrades to enhance productivity and process capability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians to strengthen team competency.
