SEN Teacher – Dorset
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a specialist educational setting in Dorset. We are seeking an enthusiastic professional who is committed to supporting children and young people with special educational needs to achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
The successful candidate will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
- Support pupils with a range of complex needs including autism, communication difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs
- Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, families, and external professionals
- Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP reviews and personalised learning plans
