Job Description
Cert Solutions are seeking a strong, committed and experienced SEN Teaching assistant who is confident working with young people with challenging behaviour. The right candidate must be able to use the correct de-escalation methods to ensure the pupil is kept safe and is progressing academically with their work.
The school we are working with is located in Tipton and require someone who is available full time. For this role it is essential for a successful candidate to build a good relationship with the pupil and to best understand their needs and how to overcome any challenging situations.
