Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personalised English and Maths tuition at GCSE level

Adapt teaching strategies to support dyslexia and individual learning needs

Build a strong, trusting relationship to encourage engagement and confidence

Support emotional regulation through a calm, consistent approach

Monitor progress and provide feedback
Requirements:
Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly dyslexia

Strong understanding of GCSE English and Maths curriculum

Experience supporting students with social, emotional, or behavioural needs

Patient, resilient, and nurturing approach

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Right to work in the UK
