About the role
Vision for Education are seeking a passionate and reliable Tutor join a specialist SEND provision located in Birmingham. The successful candidate will inspire and support students with special educational needs and disabilities, helping them express themselves in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities on a 1:1 and small group basis.
Adapting learning materials and teaching approaches to meet individual student needs.
Building positive relationships with pupils to encourage confidence, engagement, and independence.
Assisting students with emotional, social, and behavioural development in line with school policies.
Monitoring student progress and providing feedback on achievements and areas for development.
Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all learners.
