The Role

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of pupils with SEND and social, emotional, and mental health needs

Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that encourages positive behaviour and progress

Differentiate teaching strategies to match individual learning styles and abilities

Work closely with support staff, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement personalised education plans
