We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Accountant / Admin Executive to oversee the company's accounting and administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling full set accounts, financial reporting, cash flow management, statutory compliance, payroll administration, and general office administration to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

Handle full set accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation.

Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and supporting schedules.

Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.

Process supplier invoices, payments, customer billings, and collections.

Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely data entry.
