Job Summary

Via Medica International Healthcare is seeking an Accounts Payable officer to join our team. Support the Financial Accountant in achieving KPI targets and strategic goals. Responsible for AP invoice booking, payments processing, reconciliation, and month‑end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Book Trade/Non‑Trade Payables with correct GL and analytical codes
• Process timely and accurate payments, avoiding double‑payments
• Perform account allocation and maintain clean PTP balances
• Liaise with Master Data and SLO for supplier and payment details
• Reconcile vendor statements and ensure aged items are followed up
• Handle internal and external AP inquiries promptly
