Senior Accountant

Overview

Lutron has an immediate opening in Cartago for a a Senior Accountant to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information supporting our manufacturing operations. This role blends general accounting and light cost‑accounting responsibilities, including month‑end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance with US GAAP.

As a key business partner to Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance, you will convert daily manufacturing activity into reliable financial results. This role is suited for an early‑career accounting professional who is detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced production environment.

You will gain strong exposure to cross‑functional teams, process improvement initiatives, and system enhancements, while contributing directly to the financial health and operational success of the Puerto Rico site.
