Job Description
To Perform / Monitor day to day finance activities
Bank and Credit card Transactions booking
Cash flow Management / Daily cash position
Property Management (Rent Received, Expenses Paid, Revenue - Reconciliation)
Communication with operations department
To perform month end activities
Provision booking and reversal
Prepaid booking and reversal
Bank and Credit card reconciliation
To Close Monthly books of accounts in line with IFRS
Knowledge of UAE VAT
Knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax
Monthly MIS
Finance process improvements
Liaise with auditors.
Qualifications and skills
Proficient user of finance software (Oracle Fusion is an added advantage)
Experience in Fintech / Proptech industry is preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
