We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Rotork, Tokyo. This role will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and the effectiveness of our internal control environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical accounting skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the RFM, providing accurate and timely information on the financial performance of the business .
- Assisting with day to day accounting processes, including but not limited to GL, AR, AP, Invoicing, Costing, inventory, revenue recognition, ensuring all accounting transactions are accurately recorded into the accounting system.
- Preparing for month end closing and reporting, journal entries, provisions. Tax prepayments and monthly declarations per local requirement.
