Job Description & Requirements

The Senior Accountant will provide support to the office in terms of

• Able to execute month end closing and perform full sets of accounts.
• Keeping proper filing and records of customers invoices, company expenses and assisting the office manager to prepare regular payments to suppliers and vendors.
• Keeping proper filing and records of company expenses
• General office administrative support as and when needed.
• Execute GST submission or IRAS filing.
• Generate monthly Profit and Loss reports for management.
• Assist in preparing monthly payroll.
• Able to do HR functions like processing WP, EP, S Pass payroll etc
• Manage weekly overseas indent procurement.
• Experienced in having junior accountants reporting to this role.
