Senior Accounting Manager — Client & Payroll Lead

Alpha is seeking a dedicated financial professional to manage client accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The successful candidate will oversee month-end processes, prepare financial statements, and manage 20-25 client accounts with revenues under £1 million.

Candidates should have 6-8 years of public accounting experience and proven supervisory skills. Familiarity with Xero is a must, along with excellent communication abilities to foster client relationships.
