Senior Accounting Manager (CPA) - Mandaluyong

Schedule: 6 AM - 3 PM, Tuesday - Saturdays

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Accounting Manager leads the Accounting team and oversees financial reporting, internal controls, and audit compliance ensuring accurate, GAAP-compliant reporting under the guidance of the Controller.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage accounting staff and oversee financial reporting, payroll, and budget preparation.

• Establish internal controls and ensure GAAP- compliant financial reporting.

• File tax returns and coordinate with external auditors.

• Present financial recommendations to senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• CPA required.

• At least 5 years as Senior Accounting Manager (or 10-15 years with Regional Controller background) — required.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting software (NetSuite/Oracle preferred).

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
