Job Description


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, balance sheet schedules, and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules.
  • Oversee invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition processes.
  • Manage high-volume transactions while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, auditors, tax agents, and external parties.
  • Maintain and review accounting records within ERP/accounting systems.
