Senior Acquisition and Merger Analyst

The Senior Acquisition and Merger Analyst has a significant role supporting Mergers & Acquisitions activities, including the strategic and financial evaluation of potential and active targets, financial modeling, business case development, and project support for deal activity.

Position Details:

• Supports the Corporate Development team across all phases of deal activity – deal sourcing, due diligence and post-close integration
• Assists with the strategic evaluation, detailed financial modeling, valuation, and development of buy and sell side M&A business cases
• Supports the development of evaluation and diligence work plans
• Participates in the creation and development of deal documents and management presentations
• Develops and prepares presentations on the results of research and analysis of acquisition targets for use by Senior Management.
