Senior Administrator, Transfer Agency / Investor Services (Malaysia)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process KYC/AML documentation for new investor accounts.


• Conduct periodic checks and risk assessments to ensure existing investor records remain compliant.


• Handle investor onboarding in systems such as Mantra (or equivalent platforms).


• Process investor transactions, generate contract notes, and prepare investor statements.


• Support FATCA, CRS, and other regulatory reporting requirements.


• Assist in database screenings and ensure data integrity.


• Communicate with clients and colleagues regarding investor files and updates.


• Mentor junior team members and support the team leader in day-to-day operations.
