Job Description
- As a client Senior Resilience Training Instructor, the individual is responsible for the management of the Resilience Instructor team.
- Attend management meetings.
- Produce Resilience Training Standard Operating Procedures and ensure those standards are upheld.
- Implement continuation training for Resilience Instructors.
- Management and procurement of Resilience Training assets.
- Assist with Course design.
- Conduct daily risk assessment meetings.
- Capable of fulfilling all the duties of the Resilience Instructors.
- Conduct validation and Quality Control of Resilience Training delivery.
- Work a 40-hour week with overnight camps and weekends.
- Facilitate the uplift and training of local Resilience Instructors to develop Emirati Resilience Training capability.
- Be conversant with all emergency procedures.
- Carry out administrative tasks relevant to Resilience Training.
