Senior Advisor Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation

We are looking for an experienced Senior Advisor to lead and strengthen how the Electoral Commission measures, understands, and communicates its performance.

This is a pivotal role working across the organisation to develop meaningful performance indicators, support evaluation activity, and deliver high‑quality reporting to governance, Parliament, and the public. You will help ensure the Commission can clearly demonstrate the impact of its work—particularly in the lead‑up to and delivery of the General Election.

Partnering closely with Strategy, Risk and Assurance, and Data and Insights teams, you will bring together data, evidence, and narrative to tell a clear and compelling performance story.

The salary for this role is $108,140 - $120,160
