About the Role

Senior Advisor - Treasury System & Risk (12-Months Fixed Term Contract) to join the dynamic Treasury & Risk team within Commercial Treasury based in Singapore.

Reporting to the Commercial Treasury System & Risk Manager, you will be the go-to expert for Rio’s current Treasury Management System (“TMS”), Quantum and related applications. You will continuously improve the current TMS and associated applications, act as a strategic connector and change management champion between Treasury, IT and internal clients, innovate, automate, and simplify treasury processes and reporting, work closely with IT teams and external vendors to diagnose and resolve system issues, coordinate internal and external audits, SOX and IT control audits, and take ownership as the Risk Coordinator for Commercial Treasury, ensuring timely risk reporting and supporting key Risk Management forums such as the Financial Risk Management Committee.
