Senior Affiliate Manager - iGaming - Warsaw

Our client is a digital services provider operating within the iGaming field. As they continue to scale, they are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join their growing team in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy for different Tier1/Tier 2 markets.
• Own and deliver against KPIs including FTDs, revenue, ROI, and LTV targets.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on market trends and competitor activity.
• Support launches in newly regulated states and provinces through affiliate channels.
• Identify, onboard, and grow high-value affiliates (SEO, media buyers, PPC, influencers, content publishers).
• Negotiate and structure commercial agreements (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) with new and existing partners.
• Build and maintain long-term, high-performing relationships with top-tier affiliates.
