Job Description
We're looking for experienced AI Engineers to join an international team building next-generation AI platforms and enterprise-grade intelligent systems.
This is not a traditional backend role. You'll be working at the intersection of Software Engineering, Platform Engineering and Generative AI, helping design and develop scalable solutions powered by AI agents, LLMs and modern cloud-native technologies.
What you'll be doing
- Design and develop backend services using Java and/or Python
- Build integrations between AI agents and enterprise applications
- Develop APIs, orchestration services and event-driven workflows
- Implement retrieval and context management solutions (RAG)
- Integrate LLMs into business and operational processes
- Work with embeddings, vector databases and AI orchestration frameworks
