Trintech is award winning AI-driven Fintech SaaS organisation and we are seeking a Senior AI Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and operation of AI-enabled software solutions. This role is responsible for defining technical architecture, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability, and driving the successful delivery of AI and machine learning initiatives from concept through production deployment. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data, QA, Security, and Operations teams, the AI Lead establishes engineering standards, mentors developers, and promotes best practices across software engineering, DevOps, and MLOps disciplines. Additionally, this role evaluates emerging AI technologies, guides architectural decisions, and ensures AI solutions align with business objectives, responsible AI principles, and regulatory requirements.
